Vesselka holds a MBA Degree from Sofia University and has studied Marketing in Bologna University, Italy. She started her carrier in the HR field in 1995 as Training Specialist going through the positions of HR Consultant, HR Manager, Project Manager, and T&D Manager. Vesselka has worked both in the corporate HR field – at Shell Bulgaria and Royal Foods as well as in the consulting field for companies such as - Ernst &Young, etc. She has also tutored during HR and Organizational Behavior classes at the Sofia University “ST. Kliment Ohridski”.
Vesselka’s main area of expertise is Sales, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Coaching. She is certified Thomas expert since 2005.

Victor Haimov - Head of the Talent Management Department
He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is a post-graduate student in “Social Psychology and Education” from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He has been schooled at the Leatid European program in Hungary, UK, Greece and Switzerland., the Buncher Leadership Program. He recently graduated a certification class on Coaching with the California Coaching Institute (ICF accredited). He is a certified expert for the Thomas International psychometric analysis system. For the past seven years he has been constantly developing and executing seminars, long term programs and in house corporate trainings for skill development, HR management, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, sales and presentation skills, etc. His trainings are a bright mixture of the Experiential Learning principles, Neuro Linguistic Programming and the contemporary management and psychological models and practices.

Denislava Nikolaeva - Manager office Varna
Master Degree in Law /UNWE/. She is Thomas certified expert. Certified trainer by IDEA (International Debate Education Association) and EFG Eurobank Ergasias. She has more than eight years experience in training and development. Victor Djerassi - HR Consultant
Victor has managed international camps for youth within the framework of AJJDC Europe. Formerly he was the director of a Center for Informal Education, where he designed curricula and delivered trainings for various purposes. Worked as trainer and facilitator of teambuilding workshops and customer service trainings. Holds a degree in Photography and Mass Communications.

Ventsislav Tomov - HR Consultant
Ventsislav holds Master Degree in Psychology and he is qualified in Psychotherapy at Bulgarian Fellowship of Positive Psychotherapy, associated member of ICPP, EFPP, WCP, EAP.
