Follow-up and Evaluation

To maximize the effect of training on the performance we need to support people in applying the learning. We do that by: action planning; individual coaching; post-event work with the manager; bibliography; set support networks; involve learners in teaching others; link reward to transfer of learning (ConsulTeam “Achiever of the Year” initiative); recommendations for further learning etc.

To prove of effect of training we are willing to evaluate the effect by: measuring results and evaluating individual/ team performance. Based on the type of training and industry we can together design the most reliable and cost-efficient way to prove effectiveness.
