She has a MA in Bulgarian Language and Literature. 13 years of experience for multinational companies in Sales of products and services to different levels, including work with Sales representatives, Distributors and Key accounts, Management of Sales teams (Sales representatives and Regional Supervisors),Training (Sales Dept. and Distributors’ Sales Depts.) and design of company’s training programmes for the Sales Dept. She is a certified  TACK International Trainer on Sales skills,  Key Account Development and Field Sales Management.
