For the past 6 years ConsulTeam Human Capital Bulgaria has developed and performed a large number of Assessment and Development Centers for employees and candidates of multinational and local companies in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Romania.

Since August 2004 we are the exclusive distributor of the Thomas International HR Management System for the territories of Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia. We use Thomas as part of our assessment services as well as offer it as an in-house management tool to be used independently by our clients.
