In response to the needs of our clients, we have designed a one-day management training. The program will focus on developing people management abilities and will correlate with the Thomas theory. The training is based on the idea that managers should be flexible and adapt their behavior in accordance to the personality of their reportees. It is designed for managers in companies, already using the System, as well as managers in companies, who choose to continue using the Thomas reports through our consultants and even employees of organizations who are not yet familiar with Thomas.

The training will provide the supervisors and managers with the ability to apply directly and practically the DISC theory – the base of the Thomas tools, in their everyday routine of managing people. This will allow a better way of motivating, giving instructions, communicating and developing the subordinates, thus ensuring achieving the company results through them.
