Total Remuneration Survey (TRS)
Researches the compensation and benefits practices in different industry sectors and reports objective and reliable market data on fixed pay, short- and long-term variable pay and benefits policy. Additionally, provides forcasts about the future reward practicies in Bulgaria.
The reports are avaiable in interactive web-based environment allowing for numerous analysis and statistics.
The TRS Opens in April and is based on May salaries. Results are available in early September.
Sector survey
Researches remuneration packages within companies from one industry sector. The collected information and the survey reports depend on the participants requirements.
Be-spoke survey
Researches specific compensation and personnel practices (i.e. base pay for set of jobs within a group of different companies, recruitment policies, severance policies, benefits provision, staff retaining policies, etc.)
